High throughput tissue grinder is a kind of vibration ball mill. It relies on the high-frequency vibration of the rocker arm to give the grinding ball kinetic energy, so as to realize the efficient and fine grinding of samples. It is widely used in experiments in biology, agriculture, animal husbandry, food and other industries. So how to operate the high-throughput tissue grinder? Let's introduce it to you.
Application method of high flux tissue grinder
1. Place the instrument in a dry and ventilated environment, plug in the power supply, and observe whether the instrument control display lights normally. Turn on the instrument and test whether the control button can be used normally and whether there is abnormal noise when the instrument is running without load.
2. Put an appropriate amount of sample and grinding ball into the ball milling tank, be careful not to fill it, and reserve a certain grinding space. For the initial grinding, it is recommended to keep the sample and grinding ball accounting for one-third of the volume of the ball milling tank.
3. If pre freezing is required, the ball milling tank containing the sample can be placed in liquid nitrogen environment for cooling for more than 3 minutes, and then loaded into the instrument for grinding. When liquid nitrogen is used for pre freezing, protective measures shall be taken to prevent frostbite.
4. Put the ball mill tank into the fixture of the high-throughput tissue ball mill, slowly rotate the runner, fix the ball mill tank with the fastening device of automatic center positioning, and cover it.
5. Set the running time and swing frequency of the grinder on the control display to start grinding. After grinding, turn the runner to remove the ball mill tank.
Since the high-throughput tissue grinder uses a fixture to fix the ball mill tank, in order to adapt to sample grinding in more cases, we can replace the ball mill tank with a different grinding platform.
